Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the organization's financial accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting standards, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting
- Manage the complete accounting function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS, where applicable).
Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
Payroll & Financial Operations
- Review payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payment approvals.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor departmental budgets and control operational costs.
- Conduct profitability and cost analysis to support business decisions.
ERP & Process Improvement
- Manage accounting through ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and financial automation.
- Ensure accurate financial data and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, or service industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
