We are looking for a skilled and responsible Operations Engineer to oversee the daily operations of our optical lens manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining optical lens cutting machines, ensuring smooth production processes, and leading a team to achieve efficient, system-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain optical lens cutting machines to ensure optimal performance
* Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
* Lead and supervise shop floor employees, providing guidance and support
* Implement and maintain systematic workflows for efficient operations
* Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required
* Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines
* Track daily production targets and report performance
* Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and skills
Requirements
* Diploma/ Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in machine handling
* Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Skills:
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Strong Computer Knowledge
Language

Experience:
1 to 3 Years in respective Field
Freshers With 4 year Engineering in respective field also apply
