Job Summary:The Chartered Accountant provides expert financial services, including auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and advisory, to ensure compliance with regulations and support the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports.
Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage taxation processes, including filing returns and planning tax strategies.
Provide financial advice and strategic planning to management.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in internal controls and risk management processes.
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders.
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and standards.
Support corporate finance initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation.
Strong understanding of financial laws, regulations, and standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
