The position shall be the face of Triada, to promote its products and services, directly to the Customers. The Sales Engineer is the one who shall be identifying New Customers, New projects etc, while keeping close contact with existing Customers and tracking the status of running projects. He shall be having close coordination with Head Office (HO) related to all sales matters, so that there is a smooth transaction ensured, keeping focus on Customer Satisfaction, which is a high priority. First Point of contact for all Techno-Commercial matters. Should be a Go getter, Self Initiated, Self Confident, Always raising the Bar, Ready to take/face challenges and a Team Player with good Communication Skills. Account Receivable (AR) Management, Project Management, Product Management etc are other key functions of this position.
Responsibility 1 – Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction, by constant interaction with Customers as well as with HO, understanding the requirements of both ends.
Work standard – Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey shall spell out the status and also the feedback received from Customers from time to time shall be the indicator of their satisfaction levels.
▌Responsibility 2 – Hold initial level of technical discussions with Customers and conveying the same to AE team, as required. Need to grow business with existing Customers, taking major share of business from each of them.
Work standard – Technical Proposal Requests (TPR) received shall throw light on this aspect and also the initiation of New Projects shall be tracked on a monthly basis.
▌Responsibility 3 – Should be aware of each Customers total Seal potential and also the Competitor activities with each of them. To develop strategy on how to grow the business with the Customers and also how to beat the Competition.
Work standard – Feedback thru Call reports and also the Candidates valuable suggestions and initiatives shall help to measure this parameter, which is very important.
▌Responsibility 4 – Identify new Customers and New Projects, to accelerate the growth of Triada. Ensure that the projects are pushed for SOP asap.
Work standard – To monitor the number of New Customers & New Projects being brought into the fold of Triada. Also, Project Winning shall be tracked, which is very vital.
▌Responsibility 5 – Feeding HO/Strategic Marketing about market trends as well as Competitor activities in his area of responsibility.
Work standard – Contents of Call Reports shall be monitored to understand/evaluate the candidates awareness and feeding of info to HO.
▌Responsibility 6 – Ensure a good brand image for Triada in front of Customers, Competitors and also in the industry/market.
Work standard – Customer feedback, general industry image of Triada, feedback on Competition thru Call Reports etc shall be monitored.
▌Responsibility 7 – Appropriate pricing of Products and Services, so as to ensure profitability & sustainability of the Company. Need to negotiate with Customers for a win-win situation, so that both ends are satisfied being in the business relationship.
Work standard – Understanding the criticality of the application and also the Customer needs is of prime importance to ensure this aspect. Quotation hit rate, continuity of business, Customer satisfaction etc shall be the pointers. Measured monthly, quarterly and annually.
▌Responsibility 8 – Ensure a good AR status, based on the business and credit worthiness of each Customers. Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) to be maintained for his area of responsibility/Customers, as agreed with Management.
Work standard – AR shall be monitored on a daily basis and also on a monthly basis. Action to be initiated on defaulting accounts, by the SE itself, in coordination with HO.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
