Training Organizer jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — the program machinery behind every cohort we train is a permanent function, and it is staffed like one. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ in Vasant Vihar. Where the counselling desk guides people, this seat builds and runs the programs they enter: scheduling the summer and winter training cycles, maintaining the curriculum database and training records, hosting train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject-matter experts, and keeping the facilities and equipment every session depends on ready. Below is the complete job description — responsibilities, requirements, the seniority ladder, and the selection process.

01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Training Organizer at CryptoMize?
01
Organize and schedule the summer and winter training cycles against their participation targets — calendar, rooms, trainers and materials locked in before day one
02
Maintain the updated curriculum database and the training records for every cohort — what was taught, by whom, to whom, with what outcome
03
Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject-matter experts, turning practitioners into instructors without losing the practitioner
04
Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with external experts on instructional design so each track stays current instead of comfortable
05
Manage and maintain the in-house training facilities and equipment — the room works, the projector works, the lab environment works, every time
06
Run the needs-assessment loop: liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify training and development needs, then act on what you hear
07
Research and recommend new training methods — gamification, simulation, blended formats — and pilot the ones worth adopting
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Training Organizer at CryptoMize you will organize and schedule the summer and winter trainings and drive them to their participation targets, coordinating every moving part — trainers, facilities, materials and records — so each cohort runs without improvisation. You will partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts on instructional design, and you will host the train-the-trainer sessions that keep our practitioner-instructor bench deep.
You will liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs, conduct job-evaluation surveys, and support appraisal schemes with the information they require. Compiling and presenting that information clearly to leadership is a standing duty — the training calendar is decided on the picture you assemble.
You will manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment, keep the curriculum database and training records current, and research and recommend new training methods such as gamification where they genuinely improve outcomes. Handling multiple projects simultaneously is the normal condition of this seat, and willingness to own the targets given — and reach them — is the baseline expectation.
