Job Description:
We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Steward / Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service in our restaurant and banquet operations. The candidate should ensure guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service while maintaining hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take food & beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Set up and clear tables for restaurant and banquet events.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Follow food safety and hospitality SOPs.
- Support banquet setup, buffet arrangements, and event service as required.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th Pass or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or banquet.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive and energetic approach.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
