Job Summary
The AutoCAD Draftsman shall be responsible for preparing high-quality technical drawings, mining plans, geological plans, surface plans, working plans, environmental management plans, reclamation plans, and other statutory drawings required for obtaining Mining Plan approval, Environmental Clearance (EC), Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), and other regulatory permissions for Sand Ghats, Brick Earth (Soil) Mines, Stone Quarries, and Minor Mineral Projects.
The candidate shall work closely with Mining Engineers, Geologists, Surveyors, GIS Experts, and Environmental Consultants.
Key Responsibilities1. AutoCAD Drawing Preparation
- Prepare Mining Plans as per IBM/State Mining Department guidelines.
- Prepare Surface Plans.
- Prepare Geological Plans.
- Prepare Working Plans.
- Prepare Production Plans.
- Prepare Progressive Mine Closure Plans.
- Prepare Final Mine Closure Plans.
- Prepare Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
- Prepare Land Use Plans.
- Prepare Drainage Plans.
- Prepare Water Management Plans.
- Prepare Plantation Plans.
- Prepare Conceptual Mine Plans.
- Prepare Safety Barrier Plans.
- Prepare Transportation Route Maps.
- Prepare Sectional Drawings.
- Prepare Cross Sections and Longitudinal Sections.
- Prepare Bench Design Drawings (Stone Mines).
- Prepare Quarry Layout Plans.
- Prepare Sand Ghat Layout Plans.
- Prepare Brick Earth Excavation Plans.
2. Survey Data Processing
- Convert DGPS survey data into AutoCAD drawings.
- Process Total Station survey data.
- Prepare contour maps.
- Prepare Topographic Maps.
- Generate Digital Elevation Models (DEM).
- Prepare Coordinate Sheets.
- Plot lease boundaries.
- Prepare Latitude-Longitude Maps.
- Prepare UTM Coordinate Drawings.
3. GIS & Mapping
- Prepare GIS-based maps.
- Integrate Google Earth imagery.
- Overlay satellite imagery.
- Prepare KML/KMZ files.
- Generate Shape Files.
- Coordinate with GIS Experts.
- Maintain spatial database.
4. Mining Plan Documentation Support
Prepare drawings for:
- Mining Plan
- Review of Mining Plan
- Modified Mining Plan
- Progressive Mine Closure Plan
- Final Mine Closure Plan
- District Survey Report (DSR)
- Replenishment Study
- Geological Report
- Environmental Clearance Proposal
- Mine Lease Application
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Patna, Bihar (Patna)
