Role Overview
As the Personal Assistant to the Co-Founder, you will help them manage calendars, meetings, travel, follow-ups, and personal/business coordination. This role requires exceptional organization skills, discretion, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Co-Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Co-Founder
- Prepare meeting notes, agendas and follow-up action items
- Track priorities, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Coordinate with clients and team members as needed
- Assist in personal errands and administrative support when required
- Organize business travel logistics
- Act as a point of contact between both the Co-Founder
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a startup environment
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
