Job Title: Sales Assistant – Jewellery Showroom
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customerfocused Sales Assistant to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
Explain product features, designs, purity, gemstones, and pricing with confidence.
Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Handle billing, packaging, and basic cash/POS transactions when required.
Keep display counters clean, organized, and attractive.
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and product replenishment.
Stay updated on new collections, offers, and jewellery trends.
Build customer trust and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
High school diploma or graduate (preferred)
Previous experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Honest, trustworthy, and customer-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software is a plus.
Ability to work weekends and during festive seasons.
