About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head (Performance & Growth) to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple industries, including Real Estate, Fintech, Entertainment, E-commerce, and Health-tech.
This role requires expertise in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, marketing automation, analytics, and growth-focused digital strategies across both web and mobile app platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic Platforms.
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle and retention strategies using platforms such as CleverTap and MoEngage.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Utilize analytics and marketing technology platforms including GA4, Mixpanel, and CRM systems to track and improve campaign performance.
- Drive brand visibility and awareness through innovative digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and scalable acquisition channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 - 15yrs years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing roles.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing and digital media planning.
- Hands-on experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap and MoEngage.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of web and app-based marketing ecosystems.
- Experience managing large-scale digital marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
