Role Overview
As a Social Media Business Development Executive, you will identify potential clients through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and online communities. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with prospects, understanding their legal needs, introducing our services, and converting interested leads into consultations and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify individuals and businesses seeking legal assistance across social media platforms.
- Monitor Facebook groups, Instagram pages, comments, forums, and other online communities for potential opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via direct messages, comments, and professional communication channels.
- Explain our legal services and schedule consultations with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or tracking systems.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture relationships.
- Work closely with the legal and sales teams to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and online communities.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate professionally with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in legal services, consulting, or professional services is a plus but not required.
