Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, counselling them on suitable courses, and guiding them through the enrolment process. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and professionals through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand the student's educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course features, benefits, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrolments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or education counselling are welcome.
- Experience in EdTech or educational sales is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Working Hours
