Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding financial products and services
- Support loan processing and documentation activities
- Maintain customer records and branch documentation accurately
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth branch functioning
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and collections
- Assist in achieving branch business targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree / Diploma
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
