Position Details
Designation: Audit & Income Tax Manager
Eligibility: CA Freshers
CTC: ₹7–10 Lacs per annum

Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Accounting Standards (AS) and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Handling income tax compliance including preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensuring timely payment of advance tax, TDS, and other statutory dues.
- Assisting in tax audits, assessments, appeals, departmental audits, and related proceedings under the Income Tax Act.
- Preparation of certificates under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinating with the CS team and clients for ROC-related compliances, ensuring proper documentation, follow-ups, and timely submissions.
- Maintaining professional communication, strong client relationships, and adherence to firm policies and professional ethics.
