Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager – Outreach, you will be the face of the company for partner institutions after they onboard. Your role will include relationship management, training, ongoing support, and generating leads and referrals through strong partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with partner institutions post-signup.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of our services.
- Provide prompt and efficient support to resolve partner queries and issues.
- Identify lead generation opportunities through referrals, upselling, and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions using CRM tools.
- Visit partner sites when required for meetings, demos, and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in account management, client servicing, or EdTech is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-driven with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Mandatory: Bike and a valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in education, EdTech, business communication, or related fields.
- Internship or experience in client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of online UG/PG programs and digital education tools.
