About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive Fresher to help our digital marketing agency get new clients. The candidate will be responsible for finding business leads, contacting potential clients, explaining our services, and converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients such as shops, restaurants, clinics, startups, real estate businesses, education institutes, and local brands.
- Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and direct visits.
- Explain SKEN LLP’s digital marketing services clearly to clients.
- Promote services like Social Media Marketing, Instagram/Facebook Ads, Branding, Website Design, SEO, Lead Generation, Reels, and Content Creation.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and share details with the internal marketing/design team.
- Prepare basic proposals or quotations with the support of the team.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and client conversion targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Confidence to talk with business owners and clients.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field and meet clients directly.
- Malayalam communication is required; English is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma completed.
- Freshers can apply.
- Digital marketing knowledge or sales interest will be an advantage.

Salary
Basic Salary + Incentives
Salary can be discussed based on candidate performance and interview.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
