Itron's Resiliency Solutions business helps make communities more adaptive and sustainable. We do this by pairing external data with artificial intelligence to identify areas of high risk and prevent catastrophic loss for utilities and critical infrastructure owners across the country. We are a team of close-knit engineers, subject matter experts, and business leaders who obsess over problem-solving, new technologies, and making a positive impact in our communities.
Facilitate effective team dynamics, leading discussions, driving decision-making, and proactively resolving conflicts.
Project Management & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, large-scale programs and projects, involving geographically diverse, cross-functional teams.
Maintain transparent, regular communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership and project managers, providing clear updates on progress, performance, and future improvements.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record (3+ years) of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, utilizing data, metrics, and AI insights for measurable results.
Familiarity with Workflow Optimization (Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows within project management tools) and key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time).
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and various Agile reporting tools, including AI-enhanced plugins and features.
AI & Prompting: Familiarity and experience with leveraging AI tools (like Claude or Copilot) to accelerate documentation, meeting summaries, action-item extraction and project management techniques will be a value add.
Shift timings will be 4pm to 12 AM.
