Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. The candidate will play a key role in converting inquiries into business opportunities and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and generated leads.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Officers and Sales Team Leads for client meetings.
- Re-engage inactive and old leads to create new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily activity reports and follow-up updates.
- Ensure timely lead nurturing and conversion.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development
