Role: Industrial Buffering Robot Technician
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Industrial Robotics
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial buffering robots.
- Load, unload, and transfer components between machines/processes.
- Perform basic robot teaching and setup.
- Monitor sensors, conveyors, grippers, and robot movements.
- Troubleshoot basic robot and automation issues.
- Support preventive maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Ensure smooth material flow between production stations.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of industrial robots and automation.
- PLC, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical basics.
- Basic robot programming/teaching knowledge.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
