Job Description:
A Regional Sales Manager will be a senior executive responsible for driving sales strategy, managing teams, and achieving revenue targets.

- Manage Experience centre and product displays for maximum appeal.

- Recruit, train, and manage staff.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular staff evaluations.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
- Utilize digital and offline marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and interior sales management.
- Familiarity with furniture trends and interior design preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or MBA with 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales related to interior / project field.
· Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, often engaging with C-suite executives to drive business development.
· Market Analysis: Monitoring regional market conditions, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Salary : 50,000 - 70,000
Location : Trivandrum
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
