Job Description:
A Regional Sales Manager will be a senior executive responsible for driving sales strategy, managing teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Manager responsible for the expansion and sales operations for kitchen and interior division across the region. , ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets while considering market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating sales managers and representatives to build a high-performing team.
- Sales Management: Setting sales goals, tracking performance, managing budgets, and forecasting revenue to ensure operational efficiency.
· Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, often engaging with C-suite executives to drive business development.
· Market Analysis: Monitoring regional market conditions, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: MBA/BBA
Min 5-7 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably furniture/home décor/interiors
Successful Regional Sales Directors typically possess:
