About the Role
myTVS is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined SLAs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
