- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, data entries, and office documents
- Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors when required
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounts work
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the office
- Support management in operational and administrative tasks
