Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and answer basic queries.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Enter and manage data accurately.
- Prepare and organize documents and records.
- Coordinate with team members for daily office activities.
- Manage emails and follow up on pending tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the office.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Languages: Tamil and English.
- Age: below 30 years.
