About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve successful conversions. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential and existing customers through calls, chats, emails, or meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly to achieve sales conversions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer handling will be preferred.
Experience
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, or Customer Consulting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
