Job Summary
Dr. Archana IVF & Women Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bengali Speaking Patient Care Coordinator to assist and support Bengali-speaking patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English, with a patient-centric approach and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist Bengali-speaking patients from their first enquiry until completion of treatment.
- Explain appointments, treatment schedules, investigations, and follow-up plans in Bengali.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, billing, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Assist international patients, especially from Bangladesh, with hospital processes and documentation.
- Handle patient calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the hospital management system.
- Provide emotional support and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Resolve patient queries and escalate concerns to the appropriate department when required.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, medications, and treatment plans.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in Bengali (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Hindi and basic English is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a hospital, IVF centre, healthcare, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Salary
- Starting from ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
