We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to drive sales and brand development within the education sector. This role involves building strong relationships with schools, engaging with students, teachers, and administrators, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the school market.
Conduct regular school visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with management, teachers, and principals.
Organize and conduct engaging seminars and activities for students to promote our books and brand.
To ensure the achievement of annual dissemination targets and successfully implement regional strategies.
Ensure a strong customer service program to address and resolve customer queries.
Continue to build and sustain partnerships with institutions, corporations, and schools.
Ensure timely collections from book dissemination projects to improve and organize the organization's cash flows, and work closely with the finance team to monitor this.
Maintain strong relationships and work closely with all stakeholders, including the government’s educational projects and programs.
Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved distribution potential through the support of the marketing and communications division.
Work with the Marketing team and come up with the required promotional and marketing programs
Conduct events to create awareness for PB products. through events like storytelling sessions, about StoryWeaver through workshops, organizing book fairs, etc
Perform and handle infrastructural/operational tasks like raising invoices, quotations, payment follow-ups, etc.
Deciding the quantity of PB books to be distributed across West and South regions in a month/quarter/half year/year
Working with geographically distributed teams. Frequent and extensive travel involved (monthly/quarterly/half yearly)
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships with schools, libraries, bookstores, and other relevant organizations.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Close deals and secure subscriptions with schools.

Requirements:
Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
In-depth understanding of the education market and curriculum.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
