Softweb Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking to hire Experienced Software Support Executive to monitor and support mining software solution dashboards and ensure smooth system operations in a 24×7 rotational shift environment. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring alerts, identifying issues, coordinating with technical teams, and maintaining operational continuity

Key Job Responsibilities
- Monitor mining software solution dashboards and system alerts continuously
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report software or system issues
- Escalate critical incidents to the relevant technical or engineering teams
- Track application performance and ensure uptime availability
- Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift handover documentation
- Coordinate with operations, support, and development teams for issue resolution
- Perform basic health checks of applications, servers, and monitoring tools
- Ensure timely response and resolution as per SLA guidelines
- Provide support during rotational and night shifts
- Basic understanding of software applications and monitoring systems
Skills required
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL, networking, or Linux/Windows systems is an advantage
- Fluency with written and Verbal communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
