Job Description
Countrywide Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day logistics operations and ensure the smooth execution of transportation and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the logistics industry and possess strong coordination, communication, and MS Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery of consignments.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Manage dispatch records, shipment status, inventory records, and operational documentation.
- Process customer orders, schedule shipments, and ensure timely execution.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Update operational data accurately in ERP or logistics management software.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, delivery confirmations, and operational activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, operational standards, and deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in a Logistics, Courier, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Warehouse, or Supply Chain company is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, and basic formulas.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
