Candidate should have good knowledge of Building Project Work:-
- Planning: Develops project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordination: Works with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is executed as planned
- Quality control: Ensures that construction work meets quality standards
- Compliance: Ensures that construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communication: Acts as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and external contractors
- Problem-solving: Identifies project bottlenecks and technical issues, and devises effective solutions
- Monitoring: Monitors project progress and makes adjustments as necessary
- Documentation: Maintains accurate project records and documentation
