Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader to manage and lead operations for our Australian Solar Campaign.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in team handling, international voice process, sales, or lead generation and should be capable of driving team performance, maintaining productivity, and achieving business targets.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership, coaching, and operational management skills who can build high-performing teams and deliver consistent results.
Shift Details
Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team working on the Australian Solar Campaign
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement
- Conduct team huddles, briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Monitor call quality, productivity, attendance, and overall team performance
- Support agents with objection handling and sales pitch improvement
- Assist teams in lead conversion and appointment closure
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS and performance reports
- Track KPIs and implement action plans for performance improvement
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for smooth execution
- Build a positive and target-driven team environment
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Team Leader, Team Handling, or Sales Leadership roles
- Experience in International Voice Process preferred
- Exposure to Lead Generation, Solar Campaigns, or Sales Process is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of CRM, dialer systems, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and performance management skills
