Position: Chat Customer Service Representative –Non -Voice

Job Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Experience - Fresher & Experience both

Key Responsibilities:

 Respond to incoming communications from customers

 Resolve customer issues through written communication only

Requirements:

 Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad and work on-site

 Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

 Flexibility to work during night and rotational shifts

 Minimum 12th Standard pass; Graduates and Post Graduates in any stream are welcome

Skills Required:

 Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written)

 Good computer knowledge with a typing speed of 25 words per minute and accuracy of atleast
