Job Title: Wax Mold Cleaning Staff

Job Summary
The Wax Mold Cleaning Staff is responsible for cleaning and preparing rubber, silicone, or metal molds used in the wax injection process for diamond jewellery manufacturing. The role ensures molds are free from wax residue, dust, debris, and contaminants to maintain high-quality wax patterns and smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean wax injection molds after each production cycle using approved tools and cleaning methods.
- Remove wax residue, dust, oil, and other contaminants from mold cavities.
- Inspect molds for wear, damage, cracks, or defects before reuse.
- Ensure mold cavities are clean to produce defect-free wax patterns.
- Handle molds carefully to prevent scratches, distortion, or damage.
working Time: 9.15 to 6.30 pm
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a jewellery manufacturing or wax department is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may be considered.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
- Good vision for inspecting small mold details.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
Working Conditions
- Factory-based work in the Wax/Casting Department.
- Use of cleaning tools and approved cleaning chemicals, where applicable.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
