Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Accountant with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record management using Tally software. The candidate should be proficient in maintaining accounts, preparing reports, handling GST-related activities, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, sales entries, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts regularly.
- Assist in GST calculation, return filing, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Generate financial reports such as Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and Tally operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GST return preparation and filing.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
