We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential new clients via cold calling, emailing, and professional networking.
- Sales Pitches & Demos: Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to pitch our products/services.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trustworthy relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Market Research: Understand client needs, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors to identify new market opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance metrics, and maintain accurate records in the CRM or database
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
