Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Voice Process Executive. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients, provide excellent customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and SLA requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in international voice process/BPO is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer support tools or CRM software.
- Neutral accent and good pronunciation skills.
- Strong multitasking ability.
