Job Description :-
- 6-10 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor/MEP QS on residential high-rise or large multi-tower projects
- Strong experience in MEP quantity take-off from GFC drawings (plumbing, fire-fighting, electrical, ELV, HVAC for common areas)
- Hands-on experience in contractor/client billing, RA bills, reconciliation of quantities, and final bill preparation for MEP works
- Proven ability to prepare and verify BOQs, rate analysis, and support in tendering/negotiation for MEP packages
- Experience in managing variations/extra items, change orders, and maintaining updated cost records for MEP scope
- Good understanding of IS codes and standard specifications relevant to building MEP services
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot, lookups) for cost tracking, measurement sheets, and reports
- Willingness to work full-time at site in Hyderabad and coordinate closely with site execution and planning teams
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
