- Payroll Management: Oversee and process accurate and timely monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting employee onboarding and orientation.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, including wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
- Performance Management: Coordinate and monitor the annual appraisal process, facilitate feedback sessions, and support departments in setting performance goals.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure HR policies are up to date and comply with labor laws; maintain records for audits and inspections.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, maintain leave records, and handle leave-related queries and approvals.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and support employee satisfaction and retention efforts.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs and continuing medical education (CME) sessions.
- HR Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on HR metrics like turnover, training hours, and employee feedback.
- Support Organizational Goals: Collaborate with department heads and the hospital director to align HR practices with the institute's mission and operational needs.
