Admug Studio is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Coimbatore.
The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, following up on enquiries, and coordinating with the internal team to convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services
- Maintain regular follow-ups with enquiries and prospects
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, meetings, scheduling, and next steps
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records
- Update daily call and follow-up activities
- Work towards business development and sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Tamil and English
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or business development is preferred
- Freshers can apply if confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
- Pleasant, patient, confident, and persuasive phone manner
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Comfortable working from office in Coimbatore
Preferred
- Experience in a studio, advertising agency, creative agency, marketing agency, or other service-based business
- Previous experience in lead generation and customer conversion
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales follow-ups
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
