- Maintain employee files (physical & digital)
- Update HRMS / attendance records
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts team
- Track attendance, leaves, overtime
- Ensure timely salary processing
- Handle PF, ESI, Labour Law compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Ensure company policies are followed
- Support appraisal process
- Track employee performance data
- Assist in goal setting (KRA/KPI)
- Address employee grievances
- Organize team activities and engagement programs
- Maintain positive work culture
- Identify training needs
- Coordinate internal/external training programs
- Maintain training records
- Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Skills Required
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Basic payroll understanding
- MS Excel & HRMS knowledge
- Problem-solving ability
- 1–4 years experience in HR Generalist role
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
