Job Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare facilities to present and promote company services
- Generate and qualify new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Explain the company's offerings clearly and confidently to doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business conversions
- Follow up consistently with prospects via calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily field activity, client interactions, and lead status
- Track personal sales performance, client acquisition numbers, and revenue growth against set targets
- Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of new clients
- Represent the company professionally at all client touchpoints and field interactions
- Submit daily/weekly field reports to the reporting manager
Education & Eligibility CriteriaRequired
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following:
- B.Pharma / D.Pharma
- B.Sc. – Life Sciences, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Zoology
- BBA / B.Com with an interest in healthcare or sales
- Any graduate with strong communication and field sales aptitude
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Candidates with prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) are strongly encouraged to apply
- Exposure to pharma, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare services is a plus
- Bachelors or Diploma in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Business Development is an advantage
- Freshers from life sciences or pharma backgrounds with strong communication skills are welcome
Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Confident and comfortable with daily fieldwork and client visits
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple client visits per day
- Professional attitude with strong relationship-building ability
Experience
- Freshers from relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, medical representative roles, or healthcare business development preferred
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
