Key Responsibilities
- Facility Inspections: Inspect buildings regularly to spot issues, prioritize repairs, and ensure a safe environment.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and lead maintenance workers and technicians.
- Budget & Inventory: Track department expenses, manage budgets, and order tools or spare parts.
- Vendor Coordination: Hire and supervise outside contractors
- Safety & Compliance: Follow local building laws, fire safety codes, and health regulations.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma; a degree or diploma in facility management, business, or engineering is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on trade or maintenance experience, with prior supervisory experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and clear communication abilities
Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 ( Depend on Interview)
Age Limit 28 to 36 (Immediate joiner)
