Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our growing HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
During the internship, you will receive hands-on training in end-to-end recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations. Based on your performance, attitude, and overall evaluation during the internship, you may be offered a full-time permanent position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Learn and support end-to-end recruitment activities under the guidance of senior HR professionals.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final semester) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
