Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Design & Planning: Analyze survey reports, maps, and data to design projects using CAD and modeling software.
- Project Management: Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, while overseeing contractors and workers.
- Site Inspection: Monitor on-site construction to ensure compliance with blueprints, design specifications, and safety codes.
- Feasibility & Testing: Conduct site investigations to determine suitability and analyze soil/material strength for foundations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Submit permit applications and ensure all construction adheres to local, state, and federal environmental and zoning regulations.
- Technical Problem Solving: Resolve on-site technical issues and provide solutions to design or construction delays.
