Candidates with equivalent practical experience and a strong frontend portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
About the Role
AvatarX is looking for a Founding Frontend Engineer to build AvatarX OS, the unified operating system for creators, businesses, partners, and administrators across the AvatarX ecosystem.
You will develop modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces while creating reusable components, dashboards, workflows, and design systems that power multiple AvatarX applications.
As one of the first engineering hires, you will play a key role in defining the frontend architecture and user experience of the AvatarX platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.
Build reusable UI components and design systems.
Develop dashboards, workspaces, and administrative interfaces.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with backend, cloud, AI, and product teams.
Maintain clean, modular, and maintainable frontend architecture.
Write well-tested, production-ready code.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Continuously improve the user experience across AvatarX products.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with React.js and Next.js.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
Understanding of frontend architecture and state management.
Experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
