Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with candidates and clients
- Handling onboarding and documentation process
- Posting jobs on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Follow-up with candidates for interview and joining
- Assisting in daily HR and admin activities
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA HR preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
