Role: Field In- charge
Experience: 7–10 Years in the field (Preferred in Property Survey)
Location: Guwahati
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee survey and project from planning to execution
- Lead and handle surveyors, supervisors, and field teams effectively
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure accurate collection, validation, and management of field data
- Recruit, train, and manage local field staff as per project requirements
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverable
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Surveying
- Proven experience in project management and team handling
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Willingness to travel extensively
