Job Summary
Centreal Bazaar India Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) Operations In-Charge for the Night Shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, sorting, grading, storage, order picking, and dispatch of fresh fruits and vegetables while maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely store replenishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all night shift F&V warehouse operations.
- Ensure timely inward, sorting, grading, and dispatch of fruits and vegetables.
- Monitor product quality and remove damaged or expired stock.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for all fresh produce.
- Ensure timely replenishment and dispatch to retail stores.
- Monitor stock availability and minimize shortages.
- Control wastage, shrinkage, and product damage.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Store Operations teams.
- Ensure proper cold storage and temperature compliance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification.
- Prepare daily reports on stock movement, wastage, and dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Lead and manage the night shift team to achieve operational targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Fruits & Vegetables operations, warehouse, supermarket, or FMCG retail.
- Experience in handling fresh produce operations is mandatory.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
