Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Senior Telesales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, nurturing customer relationships, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and experience in telesales are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales enquiries.
· Explain the company's products and services effectively to potential customers.
· Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
· Follow up regularly with customers to close sales opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales in the CRM/ERP system.
· Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely order processing.
· Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
· 10+ years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Sales.
· Experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Products sector is an added advantage.
· Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil; proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Mandatory Requirements
· Proven experience in telesales or inside sales.
· Strong target-achievement record.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills.
· Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
· Immediate joiners are preferred.
