About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Patterns LLC. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy communicating with international clients and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential clients through cold calling and email outreach in the US market.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and coordination.
· Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with our services.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
· Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress reports.
Requirements:
· Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
· Passion for sales, client communication, and business growth.
· Comfortable working in the night shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
· Prior experience in international sales or B2B business development is a plus.
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and a target-oriented mindset.
